This free interactive workshop will offer hands-on experience of the innovative reflective methods developed by the project, step-by-step guidance on implementing them in your home institution, access to practical resources that support their implementation, and networking opportunities.

Due to Covid-19, this workshop is offered online. The online workshop consists of 3 stages:

Stage 1. Information about the methods and the materials the project has developed, to be looked at in your own time. This will be coupled with an opportunity to post comments and questions and an optional synchronous online meeting, held on 21 April and on 1 May (for colleagues who signed up for this workshop).

Stage 2. A simulation of the intercultural Reflecting Team (iRT) method, which will focus on sharing and solving problems from your current practice as educational developers in the times of the coronavirus. This will be a synchronous meeting in real-time, with several slots offered over a few weeks, so that you can sign up for a time that suits you.

Stage 3. A reflection on your experiences of the intercultural Reflecting Team method and consideration of ways in which you may implement the IntRef methods in your own institution. This will be done online in your own time, with an optional opportunity for further discussion in a brief synchronous online meeting.
