The IntRef project has three main outputs:
- A technological toolkit, which covers teaching process, reflecting and peer observation
- A walk-through guide, which helps facilitators who wish to use these techniques to set up their own intercultural Reflecting Team (iRT).
- A series of case studies exploring both the implementation of the methods used in different contexts, and an analysis of the reflective methods that have been used.
- A learning resource about teaching providing a flexible learning resource encouraging self-reflection and self-assessment
